Description

Beauty and the Geek is a reality television show aired on The CW.  The show is produced by Ashton Kutcher, Jason Goldberg and Nick Santora and has been labeled as the Ultimate Social Experiment. The series consists of a group of Beauties and Geeks who are paired as couples to compete for a shared amount of $250,000. The fourth season was modified to include a male beauty and a female geek. In the fifth season beauties and geeks were made to compete against each other. Each beauty lives together with her geek in a room during the competition. The geeks are tested primarily on academic subject while beauties are tested on social realm. The winners of the challenges select two teams to compete against each other in a question answer round. The team with lesser correct answers is eliminated. The production was put on a hiatus after season five.
