“Kaisa ye Pyar hai” means what this love alike. This was a musical romantic drama which earned popularity amongst young and mature audience and considered as a hit of Television like DDLJ of hindi cinema. This musical blockbuster aired on Sony Television in March 29, 2005 under the banner of Balaji Telefilms. Produced by Ekta Kapoor and Directed by Garry Bhinder, Jitu Arora; duration limit of the serial was 24 minutes of each episode. With number of 325 episodes this serial ended on October 5, 2006. The story starts with the female protagonist, Kripa Sharma who lives in a small hill station of Nainitaal. Passionate to music, she is a blind fan of a very famous, young, talented, dashing singer Angad Khanna from Mumbai. She travels to Mumbai to make her dream come true and that is to join the soul musical academy of Angad’s family. She stays in Angad’s farmhouse as her family is old friend to Angad’s family. But she is treated like dirt there. Thus the story goes on and later we find Angad and Kripa in a love relationship. The star casts are Neha Bamb as Kripa Bose, Iqbal Khan as Angad Khanna, Amit Tandon as Prithivi Bose, Hiten Tejwani as Nishant, Gauri Pradhan Tejwani as Kannan.
