Description

“Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi” is a family drama which was the most watched drama serial in Asia. The title implies that the mother-in-law was a daughter-in-law once. This show was launched on Star Plus in July 03, 2000 and ended in November, 2008 due to a misunderstanding between the production house and the channel. The story is on Virani family and four generations. There are everything related to this family and its members with lots of twist in the story what helped the drama to run for a long period. For this reason it was quite hard for the audience to understand about the real story line though its TRP never fallen from no.1 position. Written by Ekta Kapoor, this drama was directed by many directors one after another as time progressed. Duration of the serial was 24 minutes of each episode. Some major characters were played by Sudhir Dalvi, Sudha Shivpuri, Shakti Singh, Apara Mehta, Jitendra Trehan and Ketki Dave.
