Ladies First
Ladies First is a weekly show aired on an Indian lifestyle channel, Food Food Channel. It is aired every Thursday at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. It is focused on women where the hosts talk about issues that are the usual concerns of women. Every episode the hosts choose the theme of the show. It could be anything related to women, usually about the problems that they encounter in their everyday lives. It could be about their health issues, relationships with their family, as with their daughters or sons, husband, or other members of their family. They also get experts about the topics that they talk about. At the end of the show the hosts cook dishes that are healthy and nutritious. They demonstrate how the cooking process is. Their cooking is innovative and low in cost, as well as easy to prepare.
The show is hosted by Ketaki Dave and Renuka Shahahane Rana, who was last seen on the show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.
