Music Ka Maha Muqabla is such kind of a music reality show. This show is broadcast on Star Plus. Bringing a new format on the music shows of India was the core idea of this show. The show had Mika Singh, Himesh Reshammiya, Mohit Chauhan, Shreya Ghoshal, Shaan, and Shankar Mahadevan as judges. This show was created, developed and directed by Gajendra Singh. Music Ka Maha Muqabla also known as Amul Music Ka Maha Muqabla started airing on December 19, 2009. The show was complete within 13 weeks from the first airing of the show.
