Pop star Fergie has been approached by music mogul Simon Cowell to persuade her to be a judge for the second season of the talent show, however the pop diva has ruled out the offer by saying that she doesn't have the time to focus on the show and if she won’t be fully involved, it won’t be fair to the contestants and their careers.
Australian Diva Dannii Minogue is all set to return to Britain's The X Factor. She was the judge of the show till 2011, but resigned last year due to schedule clashes with her duties on Australia's Got Talent.
Nicole Scherzinger one of the judges of American show X Factor has been axed from the new season of the show. Paula Abdul and host Steve Jones are also not the part of the new season. On asking about the same Nicole replied, Well, all I know is that I gave 110 per cent to that show. But the one thing you can't say is that I didn't give it my all.
Simon Cowell is keen to bring Beyonce on the judge panel of his popular show The X Factor. Simon Cowell is offering her $500mn for five years contract. Simon wants big names for his show. Mariah Carey is on the panel, but according to Cowell she's not that hot today. The main motive behind bringing Beyonce on the show is to beat American Idol.

The X Factor is a British singing competition show that is broadcast in ITV network in UK. Ambitious singers from general people are the contestant for this TV show. Generally this show was started to replace the British TV series Pop Idol. The X Factor is a very popular singing talent show. Currently Louis Walsh, Kelly Rowland, Tulisa Contostavlos and Gary Barlow are the judges for the talent show. The winner is usually prized with a recording contract for one year. This show is broadcast in different TV channels in different countries. Pop singing talents are brought through this singing contest. Eighth season of this series started on 20 August 2011 and the X Factor will find its no. 1 of season eight on 11 December 2011.
