Sweet Bengali girl Tina Dutta who has got nation wide recognition after her role in colors Uttaran is quite excited for her double role post leap on the show. Tina would play the role of Ichha in who is in her 40's as well as teenager daughter of Ichha as Mithi. During the interactive session, the actress has also denied all rumors regarding her marriage with supervising producer Mahesh Kumar Jaiswal.

Uttaran is a hit daily soap which is broadcast in India. If you want to watch it you found it on Indian Channel Colors. It went on air on December 1, 2008. In its first month of broadcasting it retained it position among top 20 programmers in India. It took a ten year leap on June, 2009. The plot shows that two friends Ichcha and Tapasya with opposite backgrounds. Ichcha is a daughter of a maid servant whether Tapasya is the daughter of the landlord of that same home. Though economic difference is prominent between them, but it cannot keep them apart to become the best of friends. Again, Tapasya family accepts Ichcha for her good character and simple nature. In their growing life they will experience new story which is also air in TV.
