Zara Nachke Dikha is a reality dance show now airing on STAR Plus television. The first show aired on 14 th July 2008 and was hosted by Karan Singh Grover and Shweta Gulati. The theme of the show is the battle of the sexes where two teams, the Mast Kalandar boys and the Massakali girls compete against each other in a dance competition. Every week, there are five rounds, where the contestants dance either in solo or in groups and depending on their performance, they receive points from three judges. The leading team then nominates one contestant from their opponent’s team for elimination. The nominated team must impress the judges in the next episode to avoid elimination from the competition.
